Package Excludes:

1. Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost
2. GST 5%
3. Monument & Museum Entrance Fees to be paid directly
4. Any kind of optional tours
5. Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls, Guide Fee & Camera Fee
6. Services of the vehicle on leisure days and after finishing the sightseeing tour
7. Adventure activity costs (Rafting, paragliding etc.)
8. Medical & Travel insurance
9. Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Roadblocks, natural calamities and nature’s fury
10. Anything not mentioned under the category “PACKAGE INCLUSIONS”
11. Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Laundry, Mineral water, Heater, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
12. AC will Not Run in Hill Area.
13. Any High Season, Christmas, Diwali, New Year Supplement Charges.
14. Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
15. Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Inclusions”.

Payment Terms:

We need 70% of the quoted price within 4 working days after receiving our tentative blocking confirmation mail. After receiving 70% payment of quoted price in our A/C we will generate service confirmation voucher. Balance amount should to be credit in our A/C before 15 days of guest arrival

Note-Given the current dynamic situation some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing if possible Note We request all guests to abide by the mandatory requirements for travel to the destination, such as RT-PCR tests, web check-in, self-declaration, e-pass formalities etc. as per the state/country, which are subject to change periodically. Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.

Note:

• Above is just a quote, no rooms have been blocked. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Our representative will hold the placard outside the exit gate of Airport.
• Check out time at most of the hotels is 10 00 hrs. Late check out as per availability only, although guaranteed check out is possible paying 50% of the room charges.
• Issues regarding child age to be settled with hotels directly.
• Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 09.00pm to 6.00am.

Cancellation Charges:

1. From booking date till 30 days prior to departure, 50% of package cost
2. From 15 days to 29 days prior to departure, 75% of package cost
3. For cancellations made less than 15 Days prior to departure 100% of package cost
