- Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Roadblocks, natural calamities and nature’s fury
- Anything not mentioned under the category “PACKAGE INCLUSIONS”
- Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Laundry, Mineral water, Heater, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
- AC will Not Run in Hill Area.
- Any High Season, Christmas, Diwali, New Year Supplement Charges.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Inclusions”.
Payment Terms:
We need 70% of the quoted price within 4 working days after receiving our tentative blocking confirmation mail. After receiving 70% payment of quoted price in our A/C we will generate service confirmation voucher. Balance amount should to be credit in our A/C before 15 days of guest arrival
Note-Given the current dynamic situation some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing if possible Note We request all guests to abide by the mandatory requirements for travel to the destination, such as RT-PCR tests, web check-in, self-declaration, e-pass formalities etc. as per the state/country, which are subject to change periodically. Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.

- Our representative will hold the placard outside the exit gate of Airport.
- Check out time at most of the hotels is 10 00 hrs. Late check out as per availability only, although guaranteed check out is possible paying 50% of the room charges.

Cancellation Policy for Group Departures:
➢ Booking amount is completely non – refundable
➢ Before 45 days prior to the departure date, 25% of total invoice amount will be charged.
➢ Before 21 days prior to the departure date, 50% of total invoice amount will be charged.
➢ Before 15 days prior to the departure date, 75 % of total invoice amount will be charged.
➢ If any Cancellation less than 07 days prior to the departure date, 100% of total invoice amount
will be charged/ forfeited
Strictly No Refunds for Unutilised services including Un-used tours, rooms, meals, and transfer
service.

• Hotel’s standard check in time is 1400 hrs. And check out time is 1200 hrs.
• Early check in and late checks out is subject to availability of rooms and additional Charges.

• Request for specific bed type is subject to availability at the time of check in. On Double
occupancy, double beds in hotel rooms are not subject to confirmation, only offered to the
guests subject to availability on the day of check in. On Triple occupancy, mostly, is made from
the double room with an additional bed. A double room has a queen-size bed and a twin room
has two separate beds. Requests for double rooms will be subject to availability and in cases
when a double is not available, we will provide you with a twin room. We recommend a
maximum of only three persons in one room. Triple rooms are usually no larger than twin
rooms and the third bed is often a rollaway bed or cot placed in a twin room. Modern facilities
such as attached toilets with showers are provided. The prices for single occupancy is for
individual rooms.
Yaatra Tours shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss including consequential loss to any
person or their possessions, including personal injury, disease or death from any cause whatsoever.
Yaatra Tours shall further not be held responsible for any type of claim, including damages to persons
or property, loss of enjoyment, delays and illness as a result of, but not limited to:
a) Acts, errors or omissions, injury, loss, accidents, delays or irregularities that could be caused by
the breakdown or defect of a land vehicle or airline carrier or any other company transporting
passengers;
b) Theft, strike, illness, quarantine, mechanical failure, terrorist attack, war, government or police
constraint, weather condition, or any other cause beyond our control, including any modification to
the itinerary resulting from these events;
c) In the event of cancellation / postponement of tour due Epidemic / Pandemic & No refunds
shall be given and we shall only issue a credit voucher equivalent to the value of the tour for future
use. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
The credit Voucher is transferable and can be utilised by friends / relatives of the traveller.
